The 'Global Centre for Education Excellence' (GCEE) is based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Programme of USA. The GCEE model has been adapted to the GIIS Schools' environment and strongly focuses on the needs and requirements of the students and parents with intent to inculcate love, pride and respect for our nation, culture and values. The GCEE Program monitors and reviews school performance and quality.
The GCEE evaluation criteria have three important roles in strengthening schools:
-
To help improve organizational performance practices, capabilities and results
-
To facilitate communication and sharing of the best practices information among schools
-

The criteria are designed to help GIIS Schools use an aligned approach to organizational performance management that results in:
-
Delivery of ever-improving value to students and parents
