Harish Doraiswamy
Deputy CEO & COO
Mr Doraiswamy brings over 23 years of diversified experience in multiple industries. He has previously worked in the education industry with Educomp’s Takshila and Roots to Wings Division as CEO; in the sports industry as COO with Adidas India, and Vice-president, Business Development with IMG, New Delhi.
He also holds experience in the media sector with Zee News Limited as CEO; in the financial sector with GE Capital as Business Transformation Manager, and Bank of America, Chennai; and the FMCG sector, such as Unilever India, Chennai.

Sridhar Balaraman
Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Balaraman is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with more than 23 years of experience. He has worked with various Indian and international companies in the areas of finance, accounts, company secretarial matters, and business development (investment banking). He also worked with PKC as the Chief Financial Officer handling consulting assignments in Control processes and IFRS for clients besides the regular role as CFO.
Prior to Pulsar he was with Career Launcher as VP Finance. Mr. Sridhar has also worked with NIIT as Financial Controller for the Global Education Business and as General Manager and CFO of SQL International Limited, a software education company where he did an IPO in the Indian Market.

Commander Bharatkumar Unercat is the Director Infrastructure for GSF and manages the Greenfield projects. He has 26 years rich experience with the coveted Indian Navy and GIIS. A Mechanical (VNIT), Marine, Aviation and Flight Engineer, Commander Bharatkumar is a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified from Project Management Institute, USA and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Having participated in several diplomatic delegations across the globe, he has valuable international exposure and has held significant and diverse portfolios in the Navy. Having resplendently served the Nation in various active operations, he has been commended by the Government for his dedication to the service.
